All prices listed are subject to VAT. For all customers in the UK and other European Union Countries – VAT is charged at 20%. Documentation is enclosed with the goods to confirm that the VAT has been charged.

Refunds/Returns
If any item/product is found to be faulty then as per all manufacturers warranty terms this is dealt with on a Return to Base Basis.
You can purchase at the manufacturers discretion an advance replacement and upon receipt of the faulty items the manufacturer deems the fault is caused by a manufacturer defect then a refund of the advanced replacement (minus carriage) will be refunded.
Manufactures will make good, by repair or by supply of a replacement, defects which, under proper use, appear in the Goods within a period of 12 months after the Goods been sold and arise solely from faulty design, materials or workmanships; always provided that the defective parts have been acknowledged and so declared by the Manufacturers
Manufacturers do not acknowledge any compensation for direct or indirect damages
Manufacturers goods must be returned to Videx at Buyer’s own expenses, until such time as these are tested the manufacturers admit no liability for their condition
Manufacturers admit no liabilities for defective parts caused by wear and tear
Manufacturers Goods returned for repair must be accompanied by a note in writing stating the nature of the defect claimed, the date of purchase, the invoice number and should be clearly marked with the returning purchaser’s full address;
Manufacturers Goods claimed to be faulty by the Buyer and consequently tested and found to be working correctly by Videx, will be returned to the Buyer and a cost will be charged accordingly.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our web-site are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price.
General Terms
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. Kits4Gates is a trading name of Magtec Electric Gates Ltd.
Delivery – UK Mainland
All orders to above £50 to UK Mainland qualify for Free Delivery, orders under £50 are subject to a delivery charge of £3.99 + vat.
